Terms & Conditions

• Customer Responsibility: By requesting services, you (the “Customer”) acknowledge that the plumbing work is being installed in an area that complies with current building codes, manufacturer installation requirements, and is structurally stable. We work strictly in accordance with plumbing codes and manufacturer specifications and do not assess the structural stability of non-plumbing materials.

• Plumbing System Failure: In the event of system failure, the Customer must notify Welco Plumbing within 24 hours. If we are unavailable, a water mitigation service must be contacted to minimize damage. Failure to take these steps voids warranty and liability claims. Immediate actions include:

• Shutting off the water supply.

• Draining the plumbing system to reduce damage.

Failure to follow these steps nullifies any liability for damages. If we respond to an emergency call and determine the issue was not caused by our work, an emergency response fee of $250 and$100.00 per hour (plus materials and tax) will be charged and due immediately.

Acknowledgment of Workmanship – Drain Clearing

Drain Clearing Services are provided to attempt to remove existing blockages and restore water flow at the time of service.

No Warranty on Drain Clearing: Due to the nature of drain blockage caused by conditions beyond the plumber’s control, such as pipe condition, tree root intrusion, foreign objects, grease buildup, or other factors, this service is not warrantied. A cleared drain today may become blocked at any time in the future.

Underlying Conditions: Drain clearing may not reveal or resolve underlying plumbing issues such as broken, offset, or deteriorated pipes. Additional repairs may be recommended after the clearing process but are not included in this service unless separately agreed upon.

Limited Scope of Work: The service provided is limited to attempting to restore normal flow through the affected drain line using standard drain-clearing equipment and methods. This is not guarantee that the line will remain clear or that further service will not be required.

Blockage Reach & Movement: Some blockages may be located beyond the reach of the equipment used or may be only partially cleared. In certain cases, the blockage may be broken apart or moved further down the line during clearing and could become lodged again, resulting in future blockages.

Billing for Attempted Clearing: Any attempt to clear a drain, regardless of whether the blockage is fully removed or waterflow is restored, is considered billable work. Charges apply for the time, labor, and equipment used in the attempt.
